Ho Chi Minh City police arrested TikTok user Le Anh Diep, owner of the account “Tàng Keng Ông Trùm”, on October 25 for "abusing democratic freedoms". According to Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, videos Diep posted criticized disaster relief efforts in northern provinces during 2025 and insulted people who live in the south of Vietnam with discriminatory language.
