Le Minh Vu

Thanh Hoa police arrested Le Minh Vu under Article 331 on Jan. 17, 2026. 

Vietnam+ reported that, between 2023 and 2025, Vu used his Facebook account and a fan page called “Le Minh Vu electronic portal – A place to send petitions to recipients” to post content that was ‘unfounded, hostile and dismissive toward the Party, State and government agencies’. The postings allegedly harmed ‘political security and social safety and order, causing public confusion while creating distorted and negative perceptions of personnel work and the operations of state agencies’.

At the time of arrest, Project88 observed that Vu's most recent posts had been about corruption. He had less than 6,000 followers on his personal Facebook and less than 1,000 on his fan page.
