Description

Nguyen Ngoc Hai Dang was the village head. From 2023 to 2025 he established Zalo groups and posted on social media complaining about policies, mocking local officials, and spreading rumors about policies. Tuoi Tre Newsapaper specifically mentions he criticized the demolition of temporary or ruined housing, road building, a policy for free atm cards for protected classes of people (including those with ‘achievements’) and a policy regarding new party cards. He was warned numerous times but refused to stop. He confessed after the investigation.
