Description

Vinh Long police arrested Thach Chanh Tra under Article 331 on April 29, 2026. The police alleged that from 2025 until the day of arrest, Tra has exploited social media to regularly post, share, and livestream content using words and statements that are untrue; and has participated in discussions with content that "propagandizes, distorts the policies of the Party and the laws of the State, falsely accuses Vietnam of oppressing ethnic groups, and insults the reputation of organizations, state agencies, and individuals.".
