Cao Bang police accused that from 2020 to November 2025, Hang repeatedly sent complaints and denunciations with untrue content, harming the honor and reputation of 25 individuals and 6 agencies/organizations, including officials from the Police, the Procuracy, and the Court. Although the related cases had been reviewed and resolved by competent authorities in accordance with the law, and dialogues had been organized to provide explanations, Hang still did not comply and continued to send untrue petitions over a prolonged period.
